What's a 'Post-Build Clean...?' What's the difference between this and a 'Sparkle Clean...?' A 'Re-Clean'... Where does that fit in...? What do these titles mean exactly... Here's your answers...

A 'Pre-Build Completion' Clean... Sometimes, the building or constructing of something new, whether it's an office, new home, commercial premises, can get a little messy. So messy in fact that it's difficult to get a picture of where you are or what's left to be done. This clean is designed to have an initial big-clear up, just so you can see a forest through some trees. Remove some protection, clear away excess plaster on glass, big sweep, mop to remove excess dust and the clearing away of packaging and waste... So you can continue with a clear environment...

A Post-Build Clean, After-Build Clean, or just 'Build Clean' are all the same thing. People just call it different things... This is the first big clean AFTER building work has taken place. This may be a new build home, or an addition to an existing building such as an extension. It could be a new office complex, a gym, new store or factory. Doesn't matter. This clean works to remove issues such as paint splatters, as well as washing windows, and cleaning fittings, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning tiling, walls, doors and skirting... and getting your build to 95% perfect. This clean is designed to reveal any issues with the build in order to allow workers to go back in and fix problems that have been revealed in the Build Clean (snagging). Once this is complete, a Sparkle Clean can occur.

Some customers want both a Build and Sparkle Clean TOGETHER! So one BIG clean taking it from completion of works to perfect all in one hit. This is possible where snagging has already taken place, and where no trades are likely to be in attendance, and all have completed their work. It can save a bit of money too as there's no repetition of cleaning tasks. But it can be risky, as if further building work is to take place, even unexpectedly, then the Sparkle Clean will need to be repeated...

A Re-Clean is available after the Sparkle Clean has taken place, and where the property has been left idle for some time, or when a small amount of works have taken place. This is usually conducted when any customer may be visiting or for new build homes, to keep them looking pristine for customer viewings or photography. 

A Pre-Occupancy Clean is a cleaning visit that's directed by the customer themselves, where they may have chosen furnishings or fitted bespoke furniture and want their new property (commercial or residential) looking perfect for them to move in...
