Below are all our Frequently asked questions about commercial cleaning.

Do you bring all your own materials?
Yes we do. All professional chemicals, materials and equipment are provided for each task, however big or small. If you would like us to use something specific, just let us know beforehand. We’ll always provide what we feel is best for the task.
Am I/Are we under Contract?
Yes, but only to provide a small amount of notice if you would like to cancel or postpone, agree to our specific payment terms, and to confirm you’re happy with our Terms and Conditions of Business…
What areas do you cover?
For Commercial Service, we offer service to Watford and the surrounding areas, incl. North London, St. Albans, Hemel Hempstead, Northwood, Rickmansworth, Chorleywood and more…
Will we have the same cleaners each time?
We will always try. We will always send at least two members of the team, and we aim to send at least one of them each time so we remain familiar with the tasks. It’s in our interest too to send the same members of staff so we will always do our best. If you would like to know who will be coming beforehand, just ask.
Can you cope with large jobs?
Yes, we can. We do many commercial and construction cleaning jobs, and all staff are trained in all aspects of cleaning..
How Many Cleaners Will Come?
Depends on the job really. Generally 2 people work in a team, although on very rare occasions due to sickness, holidays etc. 1 person will come. During training times, 3 people may attend although you will only pay for the time 2 people take to allow us to train new members in a hands on way.
Can we choose the day and time for a clean?
Yes, of course. All we ask is that you allow about an hour slot for arrival to allow for traffic or other factors out of our control.
Can we trust you?
Yes, absolutely. All staff are employed by us directly, we have comprehensive insurance, and we have a very good reputation in the area for the care we take in who we employ and the respect we have for clients premises.
How much do you charge?
Most Commercial cleaning service are charged monthly depending on the frequency of the service and the amount of time we spend on each visit. Commercial Cleaning starts at just £15.00+VAT per day. Our staff are trained to work as quickly and efficiently as possible to ensure we complete all the tasks well and as quickly as possible. What do you do about access?
Entirely up to you. Ideally, we would hold a key, coded, and kept securely by us. This allows us to attend to each visit without interrupting you. If you would rather let us in, or indeed supervise the staff, this is completely understood. In addition, alarm codes can be accepted to sustain maximum security to the premises. We are also authorised to collect keys from offices, builders and agents if this suits.
Do we need to leave anything out?
No, thank you. All we ask is to know the possible whereabouts of your vacuum in case ours malfunctions and we need to borrow it.
What’s included?
Pretty much anything you like. We can extend our service to suit you, and pride ourselves on offering a professional service that’s fits with your requirements. One quick visit is all we need and we’ll draw up a personal service checklist designed around you.
How do we pay?
Easy. For Commercial customers, we just send an invoice once per month, and ask you to prepare remittance within 14 days..
